Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, recheck your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company – it may take time before a refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank – processing times vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If refunded, the return shipping cost will be deducted
